Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: Main job responsibilities: Clearing and transporting household waste from villagers and residents in Sanlin Town; Short haul garbage collection and transportation from small garbage rooms in Sanlin Old Street and Labor New Village; Management of simple public toilets, manure stations, and manure removal; Management of small-scale compression stations for household waste. (For specific content and requirements, please refer to Chapter 2- Procurement Requirements Specification in the bidding documents)

合同履约期限：12个月，具体以合同签订日期为准

二、申请人的资格要求 2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder

(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；

(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：促进中小企业发展、促进残疾人就业

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: Promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and facilitate employment for people with disabilities

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：3、其他资质要求：
3.1 本项目面向小微企业（含小型、微型企业，下同）采购；
3.2 未被列入《信用中国网站》（******）失信被执行人名单、重大税收违法案件当事人名单和“中国政府采购网”（******）政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单。以在“信用中国”网站（******）和中国政府采购网（******）查询的投标截止当天前三年内的信用记录为准；
3.3 本项目不接受联合体投标。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3. Other qualification requirements: 3.1 This project is aimed at small and micro enterprises (including small and micro enterprises, the same below) for procurement; 3.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement on the Credit China website (****** gov.cn), the list of parties involved in major tax violations, and the record list of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement on the China Government Procurement Network (****** gov.cn). Based on the credit records obtained from the "Credit China" website (****** gov.cn) and the China Government Procurement website (****** gov.cn) within the three years prior to the bidding deadline; 3.3 This project does not accept consortium bidding.
